Customer Success Manager

Who are we?

Our mission at Webiks is to create powerful, data-driven applications and models that help our clients innovate and grow. We build custom software and custom models for clients from multiple industries, including Defense, Security, Health, and Automotive.Our team includes Fullstack Developers, Product Managers, UX Designers and Data Scientists.

Who are you?

You are a highly motivated Customer Success Manager who knows how to develop and strengthen our client relationships. This is a crucial, client-facing position that demands excellent account management skills, strategic planning, and a strong motivation to surpass goals in upselling and contract renewals. Please note, this position involves very frequent travel to various regions across the country, from south to north. Your ability to travel independently is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact for our high-value clients.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the clients's needs and objectives to ensure alignment.
  • Actively manage client relationships to encourage engagement.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, providing customized solutions to clients.
  • Oversee the client onboarding process to guarantee a smooth and effective setup.
  • Perform regular business reviews (QBRs) and provide practical insights that bring added value.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Product, Sales, Support) to incorporate client feedback and enhance the overall experience.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, ideally in a SaaS setting - a must.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving upsell and renewal targets -a must.
  • Experienced with CRM platforms - a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships at all levels - a must.
  • Analytical thinking with skills to analyze and utilize data for decision-making - a must.
  • Proactive in solving problems and committed to delivering value to clients- a must.
  • Capable of excelling in a fast-paced, team-based environment - a must.
  • Valid civilian security clearance - a significant advantage.
